I had pork knuckle when I was in German in Oct 2005. It was indeed a big portion. I remembered I couldn't finish it. I wonder if I would be taking pork knuckle again when I visit Germany soon.

By the judge of the Pork Knuckle, I can see that it is so crispy in the outer part and must be very tender and juicy pork knuckle.
It looks amazingly good. Wow, I'll remember that - who knows, I might visit sometime...
