Sea Cucumber dish



Like tofu, sea cucumber is flavorless, but has the ability to soak up the flavors of foods and seasonings it is cooked with. It is used in soups, stir-fries, and certain braised dishes.

I don't really like sea cucumber! Probably because I don't like the texture.

wow, i didn't know sea cucumbers are edible. Ive seen before during one of our dives, never know there are actual dishes of it
